I believe that exercise is about feeling good about yourself and not about being skinny or achieving some unrealistic image.


Everyone can find a way of exercising that is enjoyable to them and the benefits of regular exercise are too many to list, but the most important one – for me- is that it just makes you feel good and gives you a better quality of life.


















Qualifications and Experience

I have been working as a fitness instructor since 2018 and I have trained people as young as twelve and my oldest client to date is eighty-seven years old.


I have supported people in reaching a wide variety of goals including improving performance in specific sports, completing challenges such as the Three Peaks Challenge, losing body fat, increasing muscle mass, becoming more confident, developing better nutrition habits and a whole lot more.



My fitness qualifications include:


-    Level 2 YMCA Gym Instructor

-    Level 3 YMCA Personal Trainer

-    Level 2 Exercise to Music

-    Level 4 BACPR Exercise Instructor for Cardiac Rehabilitation and Prevention (2020)

-    Level 4 BACPR Exercise Instructor for Cardiac Rehab and Prevention - Revalidation (2023)



If you can find a way of exercising regularly, you will improve every

aspect of your life. Getting started or restarted can be difficult,

especially if you have a busy life, but I work with people to find

the best way for them.



Building people's confidence in what they can achieve is the main

part of my job, as well as providing a safe and supportive environment

for them to develop and achieve their goals.

I am a personal trainer and a fitness instructor based in Broadwas,

Worcestershire. I provide one-to-one personal training sessions –

either in people's homes or in my own private gym. I also run fitness classes in Worcestershire.
