He and has never really enjoyed sport or done any exercise to speak of. He hated PE at school but decided that he would really like to get in shape, lose some weight and build some muscle as well as develop confidence and other skills.
He began working with me in June 2019 and after three months completed his first Park Run and then a 5k charity run for St Richards Hospice. He has become a fantastic kickboxer and is considering going for his belts this year.
He has lost two stone in weight since starting with me and he is lifting some serious weight. He attends every session without fail and has gained control of his diet and manages his weight extremely well. He is looking forward to progressing even further with his kickboxing and doing some more running over the summer months.
She lost 7lb in weight and lost 65.5 cms in total over a three month period. But most importantly she felt confident and happy for her birthday celebrations.
Tamara and I are now planning to run 5k together in the summer.
