Total Fitness Classes
These classes are designed to be suitable for ALL ages and fitness levels. We do a ten minute warm up to music and then we alternate between a cardio exercise- (getting you working your heart and lungs) and a strength exercise.
All cardio exercises can be performed at light, medium and high levels so you can work at the pace that suits you.
We use resistance bands and weights to increase your muscle tone by doing squats, shoulder presses, lateral pull downs etc.
The music keeps us going and lifts our mood and varies from 60s Motown to 80s pop and everything else- as long as its upbeat.

Monday 7.15pm -8.15pm Holt Village Hall
Tuesday 9.45am-10.45am St Michael's Village Hall, Tenbury
Wednesday 7pm-8pm Great Witley Village Hall
Classes are £8 per session pay as you go
